01 Getting started

Have your insurance provider details and claim number ready so our team can begin the quotation process.

02 Inspection

Visit our shop anytime during our quoting hours. Our team will arrange an assessor to go over the vehicle with you, visually inspect the damage, and take all the necessary photos for your insurance.

03 Quotation

Our assessor writes the quotation using the correct repair methods for your vehicle and searches our part suppliers for anything required. Once complete, we submit the quote directly to your insurer for authorisation.

04 Authorisation

Once your insurer has authorised the quotation, our team will notify you, and we’re good to book you in for repairs!

Can not fault Signature Collision Centre. Matthaus is very helpful, and prices are fair. If something doesn’t need to be done he would not recommend it. He will give you advice on how to tackle the job the most efficient way. Highly recommend this shop.
