After an accident, having your vehicle deemed not safe to drive can be a stressful experience, especially not knowing what processes are involved when it comes to what repairs will be made and the timeframes that follow. This page provides clear information about our procedures once your insurance has organised a tow truck for your vehicle to our facility.
Please note the stages below are general information and may not exactly relate to your vehicle.
After your vehicle has safely arrived at our shop, our friendly staff will provide you confirmation that your vehicle is with us. From here, our team will keep you updated as your vehicle progresses into each repair stage seen below.
Our assessing team will thoroughly inspect the vehicle with your insurance provider to assess the damage resulting from the incident. From here, a quotation will be made, along with searches for any necessary parts through our part suppliers and availability.
After receiving authority from your insurance provider, we will order any necessary parts. If parts are not readily available, our team will notify you of any wait times.
Once parts are delivered, our team can begin the disassembly stages. This is where our qualified technicians can inspect any internal damage and start the repairs. If any extra damage is discovered, our team will notify you further.
When repairs are complete, your vehicle progresses into our paint shop. This is where it will be prepped, primed and painted.
After all the painting is complete, your vehicle progresses into our reassembly stages for our technicians to carefully put your vehicle back together.
Afterwards, a final quality check will be conducted to ensure all of the repairs are completed correctly. After passing our quality check, our team will notify you with collection details!
