1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 By using this website and/or engaging Signature Collision Centre for services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue the use of this website and services.
2. Quotes and Pricing
2.1 All repair estimates provided are based on the visible damage only.
2.2 Additional damage may be discovered during any stage of repairs. Any variation affecting cost or scope will be communicated through a supplementary estimate before proceeding, where reasonably possible.
2.3 Quotations are valid for 30 days unless specified otherwise.
2.4 Part pricing is subject to supplier availability and may change without notice.
3. Authorisation to Proceed
3.1 By providing written approval, you authorise us to:
- Carry out repairs.
- Arrange sublet repairs including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, and wheel alignments.
- Road test the vehicle where required.
3.2 You authorise us to move the vehicle for testing and operational purposes.
4. Customer Responsibilities
4.1 Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to repairs.
4.2 We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
4.3 You warrant you are authorised to approve repairs.
4.4 Inappropriate and/or hostile behaviour toward the staff at Signature Collision Centre can result in possible termination or suspension of services if team members are subject to mistreatment.
5. Vehicles Onsite
5.1 Vehicles are stored at the customer’s risk.
5.2 Signature Collision is not responsible for any claims of damage to items that show wear and tear, including but not limited to battery health, tyre pressure, and mechanical failures.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Payment is due before the collection of the vehicle unless prior arrangements are agreed to.
6.2 Late payments incur a 5% administration fee.
6.3 Debt recovery costs incurred in collecting outstanding amounts will be payable by the customer.
6.4 Upon delivery of the vehicle and/or its keys to Signature Collision Centre, reserves the right to retain possession of the vehicle until any outstanding payments are received in full.
7. Warranty
7.1 We provide a three-year warranty on workmanship for the duration the customer owns the vehicle.
7.2 Manufacturer warranties apply to new parts where applicable.
7.3 Warranty does not cover:
- Rust originating outside the repaired areas.
- Stone chips or environmental damage.
- Wear and tear.
- Damage caused by accident, misuse or modification after the repairs.
8. Website Content
8.1 Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice. We do not guarantee that all content is always complete, current, or error-free.
8.2 Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Changes to Terms
9.1 Signature Collision Centre may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this page. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
